"Room was nice, amenities were great. Food would probably be my only let down. I get having to mass produce for that amount of people is no easy task but it felt little watered down and more catered to outsiders. Outside of that though we did enjoy our stay. Proper rating would be 3.5/5. "

"For all inclusive the choices of restaurants are very limited and it’s first come . The food was the same as the buffet food nothing special. Also the night entertainment was focused for kids- shows started at 8 pm. I’ve stayed at a lot of places and this was not one of my favorites."

"The waiters are rude if you tip them less than 5 dollars, and you have to give them money every time you order something to eat. Father to pay all include need pay $200 by waiters "

"Traveled with children. Plenty of pools to choose from. It was great that there were pools close to the beach. Beach was clean. Water park was great. Couple things to note - the hotel put us in a room that was very close the Riu adult pool party which occurs almost daily & plays music very loud lasting into the night - not good if you have younger kids. We requested to switch rooms to get away from the noise which they were able to do for us on our second day, but they really should not have put a family with kids so close that. We had to request towels for the bathroom daily. They didn’t restock the fridge with water & beverages unless we requested it. We also had to request them to replenish the coffee packs for the room every day. Restaurant coffee was not good, coffee packs in the room were much better option. Overall a good experience with the family, but we had to hound them daily to replenish stuff for the room (towels, beverages, coffee packs). "
